This website has no data collection form. If you contact FIRION by email or telephone, the information you choose to provide is processed to consider and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a potential professional engagement. Website access and technical logs may be processed to operate and secure the service.

Enquiries about a potential engagement are handled, as appropriate, on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interests in managing professional correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Website operation and security rely on legitimate interests in providing a reliable and secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Additional processing for an accepted engagement may have other legal bases, for which appropriate information will be provided.
Recipients and service providers
Access is restricted to those authorised to deal with enquiries and necessary technical providers, including Microsoft 365 / Exchange for email and Telefónica Soluciones de Informática y Comunicaciones de España, S.A.U. (Acens) for website hosting. Any international transfers carried out by these providers are governed by the mechanisms available under the GDPR, according to the relevant services and contractual arrangements.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, manage a professional relationship, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained according to operational settings, security requirements and the obligations applicable to the hosting service.
